WhatsApp & Platform Data (Meta Compliance)

To provide our automation services, we process the following data received from the WhatsApp Business API and Meta Graph API:

• Message Data: Content of messages sent and received via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct.
• Contact Information: Phone numbers, profile names, and profile pictures of your customers who interact with your business.
• Metadata: Message delivery status (sent, delivered, read), timestamps, and message IDs.

Note: We access this data only after you have explicitly authorized our application via Meta Login (Facebook Login).

We do NOT use your WhatsApp message data for advertising purposes or sell it to third parties.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only as long as your account is active or needed to provide the service. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data (including synced WhatsApp contacts and messages) at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our retention policy.

We accept the responsibility to ensure that any data we collect is protected. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption (AES-256 for storage, TLS 1.3 for transit) and strict access controls, to safeguard your information against unauthorized access or misuse.
