Diginext360 is a customer communication platform that allows businesses to manage WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram conversations through a centralized inbox. Our Service enables you to automate replies, manage contacts, and broadcast messages to your opted-in customers.

3. WhatsApp Usage Disclosure

User acknowledges and agrees to the following regarding WhatsApp integration:

  • Authorization: The platform sends and receives WhatsApp messages on behalf of your business only after you have provided explicit authorization via Meta Login.
  • Purpose: Messages sent via our platform must be strictly for customer communication and support purposes.
  • Compliance: You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy at all times.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

Only you are responsible for the content you transmit. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to users who have not opted in to receive them.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Harass, abuse, or violate the privacy rights of others.
  • Violate any applicable laws or WhatsApp's policies.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access if we detect any violation of these rules, particularly regarding spam or policy abuse.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Diginext360 expressly disclaims any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

Specifically regarding WhatsApp: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free delivery of WhatsApp messages, as this depends on Meta's infrastructure and third-party networks. We shall not be liable for any business losses arising from message delivery failures or service interruptions.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data (including WhatsApp messages). Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any widespread changes. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
